Mr. Richard J. Bishop born on February 27, 1953 to the late   Richard and Alberta Bishop and departed this life on January 6 ^th , 2021.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents; three brothers, Milton, Tribble R. B. and Lowransy (Kite) Bishop. He worked with the City of Huntsville Sanitation Department for 30 years retiring in 2015. He was a loving husband and brother.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories: a loving wife, Michealle Bishop; one son, Tracy Lacy; stepson, Damien Moore all of Huntsville, AL; four sisters, Delores Ann Burton, Catherine Jackson, Alberta Bishop and Adrline Angie Bishop; one sister-in-law, Wanda Coleman all of Huntsville, AL; four brothers, Charlie Bishop, Mack Bishop, Jack (Valentina) Bishop all of Huntsville, AL and Floyd (Lisa) Bishop of Lorain, OH; loving cousin, Alfreida Manuel of Birmingham, AL; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral service for Mr. Richard Bishop will be at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, January 10, 2021 in the Nelms Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Angie Bishop officiating.
