Keith Carroll departed this life March 31, 2021 in Jacksonville, Florida at the Community Hospice. He is the son of the late Sylvia Brown Carroll and Marvin Carroll. He was born July 25, 1962 in Washington, D.C.

Keith was employed as an Executive Chef in the restaurant industry.

He is survived by his wife, Julie; father, Marvin; sisters, brothers aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral service for Mr. Keith Carroll will be Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in the Nelms Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Earla Lockhart officiating.  Entombment:  Valhalla Memory Gardens
