Thomas was extremely intelligent and loved to discuss a variety of subjects with anyone who wished to talk. While he was steadfast in his beliefs, he would always listen as others shared differing viewpoints and opinions. He would often buy random gifts for family members just because and never skipped a family gathering or group chore. He was an avid gamer and reader and loved watching movies or series. He loved to play cards and games of all sorts. He joined Maranatha Touring Choir (Fredericksburg, Va) when he was 13 and continued his support of the group throughout his life.
