Funeral service for Mr. Robert Jackson, Jr. will be Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Luke Christian Church with Pastor T. C. Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.  Mr. Jackson will lie in repose one hour prior to the funeral service.

Robert Jackson, Jr. was born October 3, 1937, the third of nine children to the late Robert Jackson, Sr. and Mary Stewart-Jackson in Gloster, Mississippi. He leaves to cherish his memories, four siblings: Bobbie Mae Jackson-Freal of Gloster, MS, John Thomas (Eugenia) Jackson of Los Angeles, CA, Rebecca Jackson-Anderson (Odell) of Los Angeles, CA, and Daisy Mae Jackson of New Orleans, LA; seven children: Wallace of New Orleans, LA, Murphy (Cathy) of Pearland, TX, Ivory of New Orleans, LA, Lana of Port Chester, NY, Robert "Wayne" (Avis) of Fort Worth, TX, Randle "Keith" (Vickey) of Madison, AL, and Don (Angela) of Buford, GA; 19 grandchildren: James, Nicole, Adrienne, Kemalah, Jonas, Greg, Christopher, Christina, Joshua, Tyrianne, Airrielle, Tanyell, Tyronne, Shi, Jade, Kiera, Randle (RJ), Don Seth, and Cameron; 22 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren; several god-children, nieces, nephews, cousins, church-family and friends (who became family).
