A time to be born: Cisco as he is affectionally known, was born Richard Neil Baynes January 6, 1952 in Arima Trinidad and Tobago to Mr. Charles A. Baynes and Mrs. Norma Baynes.

A time to confess Christ: Cisco was raised Roman Catholic and attended Arima Boys Roman Catholic School. He carried his faith with him throughout his life. As an adult, he confessed is faith by living what Christ called us to do as Christians. He sought out the needy, the poor, the afflicted and dedicated his time to make others comfortable.

A time to reflect: Cisco was a retired veteran who served his country in the U.S. Army for over 24 years. To know him was to love him. He would give you the shirt off his back.

A time to rededicate: Cisco redirected his life to Christ on March 21, 2021.

A time to die: Cisco departed this life of service to family, to country, to Christ in the comfort of his home surrounded by family.
