Nancy Haygood Collier passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022. Nancy was born April 28, 1952 to the late Homer and Nellie Haygood in Brownsboro, Alabama.

She dedicated her life to Christ at an early age and was a member of Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church for over 40 years. One of Nancy's greatest gifts was her ability to captivate audiences with her powerful voice.

Nancy is preceded in death by: her husband, Warren Collier; daughter, Sharon McNeal;  grandson, Monshae McNeal; sisters, Irene Haygood and Vera Haygood; brothers, John Haygood, Robert Haygood, Tommy Haygood, Henry Haygood, Paul Haygood and James Haygood.

She is survived by her daughters, Carla Mack and Robyn (Mel) Warren; nine grandchildren, Shanika McNeal, DeMario McNeal, LaKeesha McNeal, Trolando McNeal, Desiree Williams, Kavitha McNeal, Ladashia Collier, Jeffrey Clemons and Davion Hurt; thirty great grandchildren; brother, William Haygood; best friend, Deborah Langham; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral service for Mrs. Nancy Haygood Collier will be Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Association Tabernacle with Pastor Abraham Moore officiating.  Interment will follow in the Berkley Community Cemetery.
