Mrs. Dora Lee Love Cox was born November 22, 1921 to the Union of Tommy Love and Caldonia Bell.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Henry Cox, Sr.; brother, Anderson Love, Sr.; and daughter, Mary Frances Cox Binford.

She confessed hope in Christ at an early age and joined Antioch P. B. Church and remained a lifetime member until her death.

Dora leaves to cherish her memory: three daughters, Willie Ann Coleman, Mary Love Brown and Pearlean Myhand all of Huntsville, AL; three grandchildren, Vincent Coleman  (Chrissy), Marcus Coleman (Kalonda) and April Brown of Huntsville, AL; three step grandchildren, Michael Brown of Atlanta, GA, Tolando Brown and Donnie Brown of Gadsden, AL; seven great-grandchildren; two nieces,  Helen Love Vasser and Lavone Love of Atlanta, GA; one nephew, Anderson Love, Jr. (B. J.) of Hilton Head, SC; ten great nieces and nephews, fourteen great-great nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service for Mother Dora L. Cox will be Sunday, September 18, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the Nelms Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Leroy Caudle, Jr. officiating.  Interment will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
