Mrs. Mabalean Hall was born August 29, 1957 in Aberdeen, Mississippi to the late Mr. Isaiah Dobbs and Mrs. Minnie Sue Dobbs. Mrs. Mabalean Hall transitioned to heaven on January 16, 2025.

She confessed to Christ at an early age and joined Carter's Chapel Faith Temple Church in Amory, Mississippi. She later moved to Huntsville, Alabama and joined Pentecostal Lighthouse Church in Huntsville, Alabama until she entered into eternal rest.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Isaiah Dobbs and Minnie Sue Dobbs; brothers, Bobby J. Dobbs and Isaiah Dobbs, Jr.; sisters: Pearlean Walker and Barbara Sue Hadley.

Mrs. Mabalean Hall's legacy will be remembered as a true woman of God, unwavering faith, loving wife, loving mother, caring and a giving heart that truly loved her family.

She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Hall; two sons: Jamie A. Dobbs (Kiesha) and Devonte Hall both of Huntsville, Alabama; two daughters: Christy P. Sherman of Huntsville, Alabama and Angela Dobbs Hill of Tupelo, Mississippi; three sisters: Verna Curry (Chuck) of Birmingham, Alabama, Marquita Pruitt and Connie Dobbs both of Huntsville, Alabama; five brothers: Danny Dobbs of Birmingham, Alabama, Larry (Jackie) Dobbs and Allen Bruce (Margaret) Dobbs both of Amory, Mississippi, Terrell Dobbs of Boise, Idaho, and Gew Dobbs of North Carolina; thirteen grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives, and friends all of who she loved very much.

Funeral service for Mrs. Mabalean Dobbs Hall will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Pentecostal Lighthouse Church with Pastor Reginald Burrell officiating. Interment will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Hall will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time at Pentecostal Lighthouse Church.

Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Nelms Memorial Funeral Home.
