Funeral service for Mrs. Lucy Russell will be Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Deliverance Outreach Worship Center with Pastor Aaron Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Valley View Cemetery. Mrs. Russell will lie in repose at Deliverance Outreach Worship Center one hour prior to funeral time.
