Mr. Lowransy (Kite) Bishop born on October 9 ^th , 1950 to the late Richard and Alberta Bishop and departed this life on December 25 ^th , 2020.

He was preceded in death by: his two loving parents; and two brothers, Milton and Tribble R.B. Bishop. He professed his hope in Christ in 1968 under the watchful eye of the late Thomas Townsend of Plain Truth Apostolic Church (now called the Apostolic House of Prayer) and then under the leadership of Bishop Jerry Wayne Townsend. He loved to play the guitar at church.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories: four sisters, Delores Ann Burton, Catherine Jackson, Alberta Bishop and Adrline Angie Bishop all of Huntsville, AL; five brothers, Richard (Michealle) Bishop, Charlie Bishop, Mack Bishop, Jack (Valentina) Bishop, all of Huntsville, AL, and Floyd (Lisa) Bishop of Lorain, OH; loving cousin, Alfreida Manuel of Birmingham, AL; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing for Mr. Lowransy Bishop will be Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at Nelms Memorial Funeral Home.
