Funeral service for Mrs. Lorene Scruggs Humphrey will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 2:30 PM at St Mark Baptist Church, 6475 Moores Mill Road, Huntsville, AL 35811 with Elder Jeremiah Chester officiating.  Interment will follow at Valley View Memorial Garden. Mrs. Humphrey will lie in repose at St. Mark Baptist Church one hour prior to funeral service time.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 10:00 AM-7:00 PM at Nelms Memorial Funeral Home.
