Funeral service for Mr. James Ray Scruggs will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM at First Seventh-day Adventist Church with Pastor Nelson Stokes officiating. Interment will follow at Baltimore Hill Cemetery. Mr. Scruggs will lie in repose at First SDA Church one hour prior to funeral service time.
Public viewing will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2025 from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Monday July 14, 2025 from 8:00 AM-11:30AM at Nelms Memorial Funeral Home
