Mr. James Irvin Parker (Bae) was born on September 25, 1950, in Madison County, Alabama, to the late Mr. James Earl Parker, Sr., and Mattie Gideon Parker. James Parker transitioned home to be with the Lord on December 6, 2024, at home surrounded by loved ones.
James was preceded in death by his parents: Mr. James Earl Parker and Mattie Gideon Parker; brother: Stanley Parker; three sisters: Mary Parker, Minnie Warren, and Annette Parker; two stepchildren: Tomonia J. Hill and Eric Jefferson, and uncle: Oliver Gideon.
James Parker enjoyed working at Phoenix for over thirty (30) years as a badge checker at Redstone Arsenal. James loved his family. He had a kind and giving heart towards his family and friends, and would help in way that he could.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife: Lilian Y. Parker of Huntsville, Alabama; a son: Frederick Anderson of Decatur, Alabama; two stepchildren: Jacqueline Walton and Marcus Jefferson; two brothers: Willie Ed Parker and George Parker of Huntsville, Alabama; three sisters: Linda Parker Wynn, Earnestine Parker and Cortina Parker of Huntsville, Alabama; three aunts: Tometta Rice, Earlene Davis of Huntsville, Alabama, and Minnie Gideon of Rockford, Illinois; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
