She also leaves her beloved memories to extended family members: Mr. Eric (Kimberlee) Hogan, whom she saw not only as her caregiver, but as  a true friend and more like the daughter she did not have.

A special "Thank You" to the entire Hogan Family and the beloved Deliverance Outreach Worship Center members for the compassion you have shown toward Desiree, where she was embrace as their own. Even as she welcomed the transition from this world, she remained actively independent, vibrant, and cheerful with no problem speaking her mind and saying, "I'll give you a knuckle sandwich."

Though your giggles and smiles are gone, and your hand is too far away to touch, we still have many memories of the one we love so very much. your memory is our memento with which we will never part. God has you in his keeping, and we have you in our hearts.
