CALVIN TROY JACOBS, SR. was born to the late Willie Jacobs, Sr. and Amanda H. Jacobs on December 22, 1955. He attended and graduated from S. R. Butler High School. Calvin, Sr was baptized and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour at an early age. He was an active member of Briar Fork Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America under Reverend Dr. Theodis Acklin. He later joined Pentecostal Lighthouse Church under the leadership of Pastor Johnny Burrell. He departed from this life to be with the Lord on Friday, December 17, 2021 at home.

CALVIN TROY JACOBS, SR. was preceded in death by his beautiful and loving wife Janice D. Jacobs, Mother, Amanda H. Jacobs; Father, Willie Jacobs Sr.; and his twin Brother, Melvin R. Jacobs. He leaves his memory to be cherished by his two children, Calvin Troy Jacobs, Jr (Shonta) and Amelia Denise Jacobs, both of Huntsville, Alabama; three brothers, Willie Jacobs Jr. (Ozzie) of Bryant, AK, Roy Hammonds, and Steve Hammonds both of Huntsville, Alabama; two sisters, Prenniann Gaines and Marianetta Holley (John) both of Huntsville, Alabama; Brother-in-Law, Arthur Bradford (Mattie) of Chicago, IL; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.

CALVIN TROY JACOBS, SR is now at peace resting with God. He is gone but will never be forgotten.

Funeral service for Mr. Calvin Troy Jacobs will be private with interment following in Madison Memory Gardens.
